Fair Crowd-Work is an initiative by businesses in the crowdworking sector that is committed to providing fair working conditions through a self-imposed pledge.

The Code of Conduct is intended to create optimal working conditions and ensure a win-win situation for all parties involved. The initiative is supported by the German Crowdsourcing Association (Deutscher Crowdsourcing Verband e. V.) and is backed by eight leading crowdsourcing providers.

The joint Code of Conduct creates a stable and sustainable basis for cooperation with providers of flexible, crowdsourcing-based working models.

The introduction of the Code of Conduct defines key cornerstones and common values and recognises an arbitration body.
